3. Services Overview
Health AI offers a variety of healthcare services, including but not limited to:
- Teleconsultation with licensed healthcare professionals.
- AI-Powered Pre-consultations, providing preliminary recommendations based on user inputs.
- Online Medicine Delivery via partnered pharmacies.
- Diagnostic Tests with sample collection services.
- Health and Medical Insurance Subscriptions from approved insurance providers.
- Mental Wellness Services and suggestions provided by certified professionals.
All services are delivered in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India) and applicable healthcare laws.
4. User Responsibilities
When using Health AI services, you must:
- Provide Accurate Information: Ensure that all personal, medical, and payment information you provide is correct and up-to-date.
- Maintain Confidentiality: You are responsible for keeping your account information secure. Any unauthorized access or use of your account is your responsibility.
- Lawful Use: Use the platform only for lawful healthcare purposes and refrain from engaging in any activities that are abusive, defamatory, or illegal.
- Disclosure of Medical Information: You must provide accurate and complete medical history and symptoms to healthcare providers to receive proper advice and treatment.
5. Teleconsultation Services
Health AI facilitates online consultations with qualified, licensed doctors. However, users must understand the following:
- Limitations: Teleconsultations may not be able to provide a full diagnosis due to the lack of physical examinations. Users may need to visit a healthcare facility for further testing or follow-up.
- Prescriptions: Prescriptions are provided at the discretion of the consulting doctor and in compliance with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and related regulations.
- Video and Audio Consultations: Users must ensure they are in a private and quiet environment during consultations for confidentiality purposes.
6. AI-Powered Healthcare
Health AI uses advanced artificial intelligence to offer preliminary healthcare suggestions based on user-provided inputs. Please note:
- Non-Substitute for Professional Advice: AI recommendations are designed to assist but do not replace a qualified healthcare professional’s judgment. Always consult with a licensed doctor for medical advice.
- Data Use: All data provided to the AI system is treated in accordance with applicable data privacy laws (see Section 11 on Data Privacy).
7. Payment and Cancellation Policies
- Payments: Payments for consultations, diagnostic services, and medicine delivery must be made through the platform’s secure payment gateways.
- Refunds: Refund policies are governed by the terms of each healthcare provider and service booked. Cancellations and refunds are subject to the policies outlined at the time of booking.

- Medicine Delivery: Health AI is not liable for delays, wrong deliveries, or pharmacy errors once medicines leave our partner pharmacies. Users should verify the medication upon receipt.
9. Diagnostic Services
Health AI partners with accredited diagnostic laboratories for lab testing services. Users can:
- Schedule diagnostic tests with home sample collection services.
- Receive digital reports within a stipulated time.
Health AI is not responsible for delays in report generation or inaccuracies in test results due to third-party labs.
10. Liability and Indemnity
- Healthcare Service Providers: Health AI connects users with independent, certified healthcare professionals. We do not endorse or take responsibility for the accuracy of the advice provided. All healthcare services are the responsibility of the professionals.
- No Guarantee of Outcome: Health AI does not guarantee specific outcomes from the healthcare services provided. We disclaim all liability related to the treatment or advice received.
- Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, Health AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform or services.
